All EKKO Planners products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

If something goes wrong If you have a technical issue with your file — it won't open, the download link isn't working, or you received the wrong file — contact us immediately at ekkoplanners@gmail.com and we'll fix it right away.

European Union If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days provided the digital content has not been downloaded or accessed.
